For the Genshin Impact Toronto Pop-Up, we delivered a fully integrated, end-to-end execution from early-stage planning to on-site operations.

Our scope covered local venue sourcing and coordination, spatial visual design and material production management, tailored merchandising strategies and sales flow development, as well as comprehensive team management. We handled full recruitment and professional training across all roles, providing multilingual on-site support, and curated special offline activations with end-to-end influencer sourcing and coordination to maximize foot traffic, engagement, and brand impact.
